By paying you agree to the following: To pay $1,000/ month to ZOVA for 9 months. Payment is due before services are rendered each month. The first 3 months of the contract are a trial period and the contract may be cut during this time. ZOVA is only responsible for services listed in the “Plans and Pricing” on our website. Additional work by ZOVA shall not be required except by separate agreement. 120 min of time is allocated for communication with Client each month. Client may use any portion of this time. Client shall not be entitled to any refund if any portion of the 120-min allocation is unused. If ZOVA provides more than 120 min of communication at Client’s request, Client shall pay at a $150/hr rate. All content generated for Client, is the property of Client once delivered. ZOVA maintains the right to use Client content for its own uses, including but not limited to marketing, case studies, and research.
